CONSCIOUSLY CHANGING OUR ENERGETIC SIGNATURE TO HEAL
Healing literally means to make whole. Being whole is our nature. That is who we are. We are born into this world whole and we live this way until we get to around 4-5 years of age. As we grow up or go up in age this whole ness gets hidden under layers of programming and conditioning. We create our healing journey through our thoughts, which are again vibrations. For example, we think that we manifest the small things quickly and doubt ourselves when it comes to manifesting bigger things, healing being one of them. This is because most of the times we do not have any resistance around the small things, and don’t think thoughts that contradict them. When it comes to the bigger things, however we often emit thoughts of doubt or worry that contradict those bigger manifestations such as healing ourselves. This is the only difference in terms of the time it takes for something to manifest. The Universe does not have the concept of big or small.

We are the manifestation of an energy vibration at a particular frequency. We come into this world as energy beings with unique energy signatures. This energy signature has four aspects to it. The physical body, mental body, emotional body and spiritual body. Anytime these energy signatures are not in sync it manifests as disease. ‘Dis’- ‘ease’ as the word says is not being at ease with our present state of being. One of the main reasons for this is not being able to release past programming and conditioning.
Our vibration is a measurement of the speed our energy flows around our body, the speed and direction of our chakras.. This relates to how fast we process ideas, emotions and situations… It is something that we cannot measure yet are aware and know exists. We are aware of this difference on the days we wake up happy and excited about life, and those days where we just cannot seem to get out of bed. Our vibration changes depending on our energy levels, but overall we have a baseline vibration that sets the tone of our daily activities – how we deal with our relationships, how we go about our tasks for the day, the experiences we manifest for the day etc. We vibrate at a higher or a slower frequency depending on the experience and how well we cope with the situation, good or bad. Healing is courageously taking that leap of faith to change by shifting our consciousness to the vibration of whole ness.
In the past few years, as I walk this path of healing as a clairvoyant and energy worker, I find that more and more people are becoming aware of their own healing frequencies. They are aware and are willing to change the frequency to match their vibration of healing and wholeness. They are open to finding a new language, exploring new ways to enhance their lives, to increase their energy, and are happy to consciously make it a part of their daily life.

So here I list some powerful and fun ways that have helped me validate my spirit and match the vibration of my healing and wholeness. Anytime you have the space (or make the space) to do it with a body-mind-spirit-awareness, you can exactly feel how it affects you. And most of all, you can use these to learn new ways to look after yourself.
Connect with Mother Earth– Spend some time with her connecting to the trees, rivers, rocks, sky, animals, insects, flowers. She has so much wisdom to offer. Each day she sends us healing vibrations through the sun, moon, stars, air, water, trees, flowers and so much more. As you walk with her feel the energetic connection, the love and wisdom of healing that she is offering us.
Grounding –Every time our foot connects with the ground we are grounding. We ground through the Mother earth. Becoming aware of this process and consciously connecting with Her energy a few minutes everyday, releasing any blocks and impressions that we have gathered in our energetic body through the day.
Meditation– A few minutes of silent space just for you. Use any method you are drawn to. Deep breathing, mantras, soothing music, connecting with earth and sky are just a few to start with.
Food – Being aware of what goes into our body. Food is one of the major sources of energy that keeps us up and about on our feet through the day. Establishing that healing and nurturing connection with what we eat, goes a long way in replenishing our energy on a daily basis. Our body is very intelligent. It speaks to us. We just need to listen.
Honoring and nurturing yourself – Light candles, play your favorite music, have a bath, go to the movies, meet a favorite friend, just discovering how to honor and nurture yourself can be great fun too.
Holding the space and energy –Chanting, painting, singing, dancing, and using an object to hold the energy of the space where you want to be. For example setting up a sacred altar just for you, using jewelry, crystals or images as a reminder that you can be where you want to be, that goodness is out there in the world and it is waiting for you.
There are many more things you can add to your list. But I hope at the end of this note you feel a little more in touch with what works for you and can incorporate some new joy into your life to help you raise your vibrational level and discover your healing path.
